Upon receiving your payment we will send you a payment confirmation email and receipt of purchase.
Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
As soon as your purchase is dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

PAYMENT
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

GamesDirect shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Games Direct LTD may offer discount codes and promotions, the following terms apply when using vouchers/discounts/promotions;
1.1 We may terminate a promotion at any time, for any reason.
1.2 Gernally, only one specific discount code may be used per customer unless stated.
1.3 We reserve the right to vary, or discontinue vouchers, discounts or promotions.
1.4 Multiple discount codes cannot be used in conjunction together unless explicitly stated.
1.5 Discount codes/vouchers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation, including our obligation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations to give you a refund, if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, and in certain circumstances the postage cost.

INVALIDITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable; the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts between you and GamesDirect shall be governed by English Law, and you and GamesDirect submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
RETURNS POLICY
HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN REQUEST?
Please send a message to our dedicated customer service team via the ‘Contact Us’ link. Please provide details about why you wish to return the item and we will be in touch to organise the return.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY (CHANGE OF MIND)
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Hardware or Accessories may be returned if the goods haven’t been used and any packaging and included accessories are still in the condition as sold.
- New software, needs to be returned in a sealed condition, once the seal has been broken, a return will not be possible.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Return postage for an item which isn’t faulty is covered by the customer.
- Prior authorisation for a return needs to be given (Please use the ‘Contact Us’ page at the bottom of the webpage).
RETURN & REFUND POLICY (FAULTY PRODUCTS)
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Original packaging & all applicable accessories need to be included.
- We will send you a pre-paid returns label to attach to the item for return.
- Prior authorisation for a return needs to be given (Please use the ‘Contact Us’ page at the bottom of the webpage).
Your statutory rights are not affected.
